Supply Chain

Processing and Packaging

Whole or gutted fish, white fish fillets, cephalopods, and pelagic species are packaged fresh in cardboard or polyester boxes, bags, or food-grade film.

Storage

CANARY SEAFOOD boasts a vast storage and warehousing facility equipped with positive cold rooms for raw materials and negative cold rooms with a capacity of 2,000 tons.

Logistics

CANARY SEAFOOD operates refrigerated trucks to ensure transportation from ports to our production site and final destinations. For medium quantities, air freight is also utilized.

Hygiene

Cleanliness is an absolute priority, especially in the agri-food sector. This is why we have made significant investments in a highly equipped laboratory, sanitary installations, changing rooms, and a water drainage system.
